Hi, I am Markus Ottomar Winzer
I always had a passion for people, leaders and performance.
So I combined my nearly 2 decades of experience in business with transformation and became a coach in 2019.
I went through the ups and downs of having my own coaching business with a lot of sleepless nights and worries if "I will be good enough", "What they will think of me" and always thinking "It has to be perfect!".
Today I specialise in supporting leaders in taking their leadership skills to the next level, maximizing their potential, and leading the business, team or organization of their choice, so that KPIs and business growth become extraordinary.
To empower even more leaders, I also support coaches in becoming more effective in their coaching practices - having supported new and experienced coaches from winning their first client to shifting themselves to make a bigger difference in the world. Only when we create powerful partnerships we can shift mountains and support even more people.
I have supported people from all walks of business life from individual contributors, managers, small business owners to C-Level Execs to realize their version of success and results.
I am passionate about business, sales, and organizational leaders and helping them to empower themselves to create the business life they deserve.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, have been certified and trained as ACC (Associate Certified Coach), Results Coach, Accredited Thrive Coach, and Being Profile® Practitioner. I also have been ontologically trained for more than 3 years.
